French born Christelle is a trained chef and self confessed recipe hunter and lover of traditional, flavour-filled, healthy homestyle cooking.
Following a 20 plus year career working in restaurants and hotels in France, Switzerland and the United Kingdom Christelle was drawn by the love of a Melbourne lad, to our shores in 1995.

As a nurse, my hours can be erratic. So can my meals and my enthusiasm for cooking! I love the convenience of FHC, especially after a long weekend shift. To come home knowing I will have that Beef Burgundy in the fridge ready in a snap, is bliss.
The food tastes great even after freezing, and in terms of ingredients, really it is a much better choice than that supermarket rubbish and surprisingly affordable.
My Kids can be really fussy, and some nights it’s just such a relief to be able to pull-out a ready- made schnitzel and mash and know it‘s not snap frozen, made with junk or full of preservatives.
We are a basketball family, and some nights we just get home too late to whip up a dinner. FHC is now a staple for us.
